Our client required three GRP enclosures to house HV switchgear and auxiliary equipment being supplied by Scottish power. These enclosures needed to meet the both the Scottish power standards as well as the local authority building control standards.
This required the enclosures to be fully insulated as well as meeting the additional requirements of Scottish Power. Following the design exercise Labron technical Ltd met with Scottish Power and were granted design approval for these enclosures. Our client was delighted with the outcome and the three enclosures were successfully installed a few weeks later.
